Auction 2020 Registration

We've had a lot people ask just how it works? Here's the scoop:

• You will need to pre-register online or in store prior to the day of the auction.
• A $50 deposit is required for registration. This deposit will be applied to your purchases the day of the auction. If your purchase does not exceed the deposit you will be refunded the difference. (We are asking this year for the deposit to ensure participates who have won their bids don’t leave before cashing out.)
• This year you will be able to preview all of the auction lots on-line starting August 22nd.
• Check-in begins at 9:00 am the day of the auction.
• ​You will receive a bidder card with your bidder number on it. The auctioneer (Mike Donnell from Big Guy Auctions) will start the bidding at a very low price and work up from there.
• If you win the bid we will track the purchase, mark the item with a sold tag, and then move onto the next item.
• You can stay for the whole auction or check out at any time.
• This is a very casual auction. If you have never participated in an auction this is a really good auction to test the waters with. A tree that may normally retail for $450 may start at $35.
• We ask that all material is picked up or set up for delivery by September 12th. If product is not gone by Sept 12, 2020 a $50 per week holding fee will be charged.
• We can offer planting services for items you purchase at an additional charge.
• There is no warranty, exchanges or returns on any items purchased at the auction.
• When checking out please be patient and courteous we will only allow 3 customers in the office at a time to ensure social distancing rules are followed. Because of this it may take a little longer to get rung out.
• To further insure the safety of all of those attending the event we are asking you to wear a face mask when in the office and outside only if following social distancing guidelines cannot be done.
